|---|---|---|
| Supabase, Inc. |

1. Account (no real name, no contact details) — On first launch the server issues a random identifier. That is the entire account. No email, phone, or password. Your nickname and avatar are stored on the server so friends can tell who is who; you do not have to use your real name. Linking a Google account is optional (3-1); without it, every feature works the same.
2. What is stored where — Your check-in date (workout / fitness activity data), workout photo, and a short note (max 40 characters) are kept on your device, and are sent to the server only for the rooms you choose to share with (plus your private record store if you linked a Google account, 3-1). If you check in without choosing a room, nothing is sent to the server at all. Your daily goals and your profile photo never leave the device. Your nickname and avatar are stored on the server so friends can see them. You can share up to 4 photos a day. When you give a drop (a small cheer) to a friend's photo, the server stores who gave it to which photo; room members see only the count per photo. When you join a new room, the app asks once whether to also share your check-ins from the last 7 days with it; they are sent only if you tap Share. Photos are re-encoded as JPEG of at most 1280 px (800 KB) before storage, and all embedded metadata such as GPS location and device details is removed.
3. Who can see it — Only members of the same shared room. There is no public feed and no user search. This is enforced by row-level security in the database, not merely in the UI. Photos live in a private bucket and are served to room members through time-limited signed URLs. Leaving a room stops your records from being visible there, and the check-ins you shared with that room are withdrawn from the server (other rooms are unaffected).
3-1. Only if you link a Google account — You may link a Google account when you first use a shared room or from your profile (age 14 or older only). If you do, we receive the email address, name, and profile-photo URL provided by Google; the app only shows the email back to you, and room members never see it. We also keep a private copy of your records — check-in dates, the one-line workout notes, your daily goals and the days you completed them, nickname and avatar, and your week-start day — that only you can read. Your workout photos are kept in a separate private photo store (Cloudflare R2) that only you can access; profile photos are not included. This is used only to restore your account and records when you change phones. You can unlink at any time (Profile > Unlink) or switch to another Google account; unlinking makes this device anonymous again and deletes nothing, so linking the same account later restores everything (to delete, use "Delete everything" in section 7). The linked account is shared across Sodam apps, but Sweatdrop records stay inside Sweatdrop.
3-2. Reporting, blocking, removing — Tap a friend to open their check-in and choose Report (one of four fixed reasons — there is no free-text field). Reports go to the operator only; the other person is never told, and the alert we receive contains only the reason and the time, not who reported it. Block hides that person's check-ins and photos from your screen only; nothing is deleted and the other person is not told. You can undo it in Profile > Blocked people. The person who created a room can remove a member — their posts leave that room (their own device keeps their records) — and then issue a new invite code so the old one stops working.
4. What we do not do — There are currently no ads and no advertising identifiers (if ads are ever added, this policy will be updated first), no analytics or tracking, and no sale or sharing of your information with third parties (other than the processor in section 6). We do not read your location, contacts, or call history.
5. Permissions — Internet access, and notifications (asked only when you turn the daily reminder on). The reminder runs entirely on your device: neither the time you chose nor the fact that it is on is sent to any server, and no push service is used. Photos are received through Android's system photo picker and camera app; we do not request access to your whole gallery.
6. Processors — Supabase, Inc. provides accounts, the database, and storage for photos and the private record copy. Servers are located in Seoul, Republic of Korea. If you link a Google account, Google LLC (Google Sign-In) verifies your identity and provides the information in 3-1, and your workout photos are stored with Cloudflare, Inc. (R2, Asia-Pacific).
7. Retention and deletion — Records are kept until you delete them. Workout photos shared to a room are removed from the server after 30 days (past days can be browsed in a room, but photos only for 30 days), together with the drops they received; your own copy stays on your device, and in your private photo store if you linked a Google account. On the web, when the browser runs out of the storage it grants us, the app deletes the oldest workout photos first (the check-in records themselves stay); the app tells you which dates were affected, and you can save a photo to your device from the calendar beforehand. This does not happen in the Android app. Profile > Delete everything removes your records from this device and your check-ins, photos, and room memberships from the server; only an empty random identifier remains. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete the server copy — please use "Delete everything" before uninstalling. If you have already uninstalled, contact us with the room name, invite code, and nickname so we can identify and delete your records. If you linked a Google account, "Delete everything" also removes your private record copy, but the linked Sodam account itself (shared with other Sodam apps) remains; to delete it, follow the account deletion guide or contact us.
8. Your rights — You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing.
8-1. Store age rating — "Under 14" is the threshold Korean law sets for collecting personal data. Separately, the app is listed in the store for users 16 and older, because people share photos with each other.
9. Children — Not directed to children under 14; we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Security — All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Server records are protected by row-level security policies; the key shipped in the app cannot bypass them.
