학원지니 개인정보처리방침

1. 우리가 수집하는 정보

로그인하지 않으면 없습니다. 앱을 쓰는 데 계정·로그인·회원가입이 필요 없습니다.

선택 기능인 구글 계정 로그인을 하면 다음이 저장됩니다.

• 구글 계정 정보 — 이메일 주소, 이름(프로필 이름), 프로필 사진 주소, 구글 계정 식별자. 로그인을 처리하는 서비스(아래 4항)가 계정을 만들 때 저장합니다.
• 내 자료 한 벌 — 자녀 이름, 학원 이름·주소·연락처(이름과 전화번호)·과목·메모, 수업 시간표, 셔틀 시간·장소, 학원비 금액·결제일·결제 방법·실제 납부 기록(납부 메모 포함), 과목·결제수단 목록, 공유 연결. 같은 계정의 기기끼리 맞추는 데만 쓰며 나만 볼 수 있습니다(다른 사람·다른 소담 앱에서는 보이지 않습니다). 화면 밝기·알림 같은 기기 설정은 올라가지 않습니다.
• 보여 줄 이름 — 위 프로필 이름. 함께 보는 상대에게만 「누구의 시간표인지」로 보입니다. 시간표 관리자에게는 이름이 같은 사람을 가릴 수 있게 보는 사람의 이메일 일부(앞 두 글자와 도메인, 예: sy***@gmail.com)가 함께 보입니다. 전체 이메일은 상대에게 보이지 않습니다.

2. 기기에 저장되는 정보

여러분이 직접 입력한 다음 내용이 기기 안에 저장됩니다.

• 자녀 이름
• 학원 이름·주소·연락처(이름과 전화번호)·과목·메모
• 수업 시간표, 셔틀 시간·장소
• 학원비 금액, 결제일·결제 방법, 실제 납부 기록(납부 메모 포함)

안드로이드에서는 앱 내부 저장소의 파일에, 웹(브라우저) 버전에서는 브라우저의 로컬 저장소에 보관되며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 사라집니다. 안드로이드의 구글 드라이브 자동 백업도 꺼 두었습니다(allowBackup=false) — 민감한 내용이 모르는 사이에 클라우드로 올라가지 않게 하기 위해서입니다. 대신 설정 > 백업 파일 저장으로 여러분이 직접 파일을 만들어 옮길 수 있습니다. 그 파일을 어디에 보관할지는 여러분이 정합니다. 구글로 로그인하면 같은 내용이 1항처럼 내 계정에도 보관돼, 같은 계정으로 로그인한 다른 기기와 맞춰집니다.

3. 외부로 나가는 것

로그인하지 않으면 기기에 저장된 위 내용은 전송되지 않습니다. 다만 아래 기능은 성격상 인터넷을 씁니다.

• 계정으로 자료 맞추기(로그인했을 때) — 1항의 「내 자료 한 벌」(학원비·납부 기록 포함)이 내 계정의 서버 공간으로 올라가고, 같은 계정으로 로그인한 다른 기기로 내려옵니다. 다른 사람에게는 보이지 않으며, 전송은 암호화(HTTPS)됩니다. 복구를 위해 최근 변경 이력(최대 약 2주)을 함께 보관합니다. 나만 볼 수 있으며 계정을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.
• 함께 보기 — 시간표 공유(선택) — 아이 하나의 시간표를 공유하면 다음이 서버에 올라갑니다: 아이 이름과 표시 색, 수업 요일·시간, 과목 이름, 학원 이름, 셔틀 시각, 잠깐 일정(집·간식 같은 짧은 일의 종류·요일·시각). 「학원 정보도 함께」를 켜 두면(기본 켜짐) 학원 주소·연락처(이름과 전화번호)·메모·방학 안내·셔틀 장소도 올라갑니다. 「학원비도 함께」를 켠 경우에만(기본 꺼짐, 언제든 끌 수 있음) 그 아이 한 명 몫의 학원비 금액·결제일·낸 기록과 납부 메모가 올라가고 공유받는 사람에게 보입니다. 끄면 학원비와 납부 기록은 담기지 않아 보이지 않습니다. 형제 몫과 결제방법은 올라가지 않습니다. 이 시간표는 여러분이 알려 준 초대 코드로 들어온 사람만 볼 수 있고, 고칠 수 있는 사람은 관리자 한 명(처음엔 공유한 사람)뿐입니다.
• 함께 보기 — 학원 정보 보내기(선택) — 고른 학원 카드의 내용(학원 이름·과목·주소·연락처·메모·시간표·셔틀)이 코드로 전달됩니다. 학원비는 보내는 사람이 직접 고른 경우에만 담기고, 납부 기록은 이 학원 정보 보내기에는 담기지 않습니다. 받아 가지 않은 꾸러미는 400일 뒤 사라집니다.
• 학원 검색(네이버 지역검색) — 학원을 추가할 때 「네이버에서 찾기」를 누르면, 여러분이 입력한 검색어(학원 이름 등)만 소담앱스의 중계 서버(Cloudflare Workers)를 거쳐 네이버 지역검색 API로 전송되어 주소·전화번호를 받아옵니다(중계 서버를 두는 이유는 검색 열쇠를 앱에 넣지 않기 위해서입니다). 자녀 이름·학원비 등 다른 정보는 함께 보내지 않으며, 이 기능을 쓰지 않으면 아무것도 전송되지 않습니다.
• 광고 — 시간표 화면의 광고를 보여 줄 때 광고 제공자(구글 AdMob)에게 광고 ID와 기기 정보가 전달될 수 있습니다(5항). 앱에 입력한 자료는 전달되지 않습니다.
• 신고(선택) — 「함께 보기」로 받아 보는 시간표를 신고하면, 그 시간표의 번호와 고른 사유, 신고한 시각, 신고한 분의 계정 식별자가 서버에 기록됩니다. 사유는 정해진 선택지 중에서만 고르며 자유롭게 적는 칸은 없습니다. 이 기록은 소담앱스만 보고, 신고당한 사람에게는 알리지 않습니다.

⚠️ 학원 연락처(선생님·기사님 전화번호)는 다른 사람의 정보입니다. 「학원 정보도 함께」를 켜고 공유하면 그 번호가 공유받는 가족에게도 보입니다. 원하지 않으면 공유할 때 끄세요.

4. 정보를 처리하는 곳과 보관 기간

• Supabase Inc. — 로그인 · 내 자료 한 벌 · 「함께 보기」 자료를 보관하는 서버를 운영합니다. 데이터는 서울 리전(대한민국)에 저장됩니다. 이 서버는 소담앱스(학원지니를 만든 곳)의 여러 앱이 함께 쓰며, 로그인 계정도 「소담앱스」 계정 하나입니다. 다만 학원지니의 자료는 학원지니 칸에만 있어 다른 앱에서는 보이지 않습니다.
• Google — 구글 로그인을 처리합니다(로그인 창은 「소담앱스」 이름으로 뜹니다).
• Google AdMob — 시간표 화면의 광고를 보여 줍니다(5항). 광고를 위한 정보의 보관은 구글이 자체 정책에 따라 관리합니다.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — 학원 검색(3항)의 중계 서버를 운영합니다. 검색어가 이곳을 거쳐 네이버로 가며, 검색어를 저장하지 않습니다.
• 네이버(NAVER Cloud / 네이버 지역검색 API) — 여러분이 「네이버에서 찾기」를 누를 때만 검색어를 받아 학원 주소·전화번호를 돌려줍니다. 네이버는 이 앱의 다른 정보를 받지 않습니다.
• 보관 기간 — 내 자료 한 벌은 로그인해 쓰는 동안 보관되며, 학원지니에서 나가거나 계정을 지우면 바로 지워집니다(로그아웃만 해서는 지워지지 않고, 다시 로그인하면 이어집니다). 공유 자료는 공유를 끝내거나(관리자), 학원지니에서 나가거나, 계정을 지울 때까지(8항). 학원 정보 꾸러미는 만든 뒤 400일. 신고 기록은 처리하고 확인하는 데 필요한 동안(최대 1년) 보관합니다.

5. 광고

이 앱은 시간표 화면 맨 아래에 광고(배너) 한 줄을 게재합니다. 광고는 구글 AdMob 이 보여 주며, 이를 위해 광고 식별자(광고 ID)와 기기 정보(기기 종류·OS 버전·IP 주소로 알 수 있는 대략적인 위치 등)가 광고 제공자에게 전달될 수 있습니다. 광고 ID 는 폰의 설정에서 재설정하거나 개인 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.

자녀 이름·학원 정보·학원비·납부 기록 등 앱에 입력한 자료는 광고 제공자에게 전달하지 않으며, 가족과 공유하는 자료에도 광고 식별자는 들어가지 않습니다.

유럽 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 광고를 보여 드리기 전에 동의를 여쭙습니다. 이 앱은 만 18세 이상을 대상으로 하며, 광고는 아동 대상이 아닌 일반 광고입니다.

6. 권한

• 연락처 — 주소록 권한을 받지 않습니다. 「주소록에서 가져오기」를 누르면 폰의 주소록 앱이 열리고, 여러분이 고른 한 사람의 이름·전화번호만 앱에 복사됩니다. 주소록 전체를 읽거나 보관하거나 외부로 보내지 않습니다. 직접 입력해도 됩니다.
• 알림(선택) — 결제일·셔틀·수업 종료 알림을 이 기기에서 띄우기 위해서입니다. 알림은 기기 안에서 예약되며 서버를 거치지 않습니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

이 앱은 보호자가 쓰는 도구입니다. 스토어에는 만 18세 이상을 대상으로 등록했고, 아동에게서 직접 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다(한국 법에 따라 만 14세 미만은 보호자 동의 없이 가입할 수 없습니다). 자녀 이름은 보호자가 로그인하지 않으면 보호자의 기기 안에만 남습니다. 보호자가 로그인하면 보호자의 계정에도 보관되며(보호자만 봄), 「함께 보기」로 그 아이의 시간표를 공유한 경우에는 보호자가 고른 가족에게 전달되도록 서버에 저장됩니다.

8. 정보의 삭제

• 기기 안의 정보 — 앱 안에서 각 항목을 지우면 즉시 사라지고, 앱을 삭제하면 모두 함께 사라집니다. 로그인해 있으면 지운 것이 내 계정과 다른 기기에서도 지워집니다.
• 함께 보기 — 공유 하나: 관리자는 「공유 끝내기」, 보는 사람은 「나가기」로 그 자리에서 지웁니다.
• 학원지니에서 나가기: 함께 보기 화면에서 누르면 서버의 학원지니 자료(내 자료 한 벌·보여 줄 이름·내가 만든 공유)가 지워집니다. 기기 안의 자료는 그대로 남습니다. 소담앱스 계정은 다른 소담 앱을 위해 남습니다.
• 소담 계정 완전 삭제: 함께 보기 화면에서 누르면 계정 자체와 그 계정의 모든 소담 앱 자료가 지워지며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
• 앱이 없어도 지울 수 있습니다 — https://sya-apps.github.io/delete-account.html (소담앱스 계정 삭제 안내 · 메일 요청), 또는 웹 버전(https://sya-apps.github.io/hakwon/)에 로그인해 위와 같은 경로로.
• 다른 사람이 보고 있는 시간표의 관리자라면, 먼저 관리자를 넘기거나 공유를 끝낸 뒤에 나가거나 지울 수 있습니다 (보고 있던 가족이 영문도 모르고 잃지 않게 하기 위해서입니다).

9. 방침의 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 알립니다.

Hakwon Genie — Privacy Policy

Effective: September 1, 2026 · Last updated: October 10, 2026 (tuition can now optionally be included when sharing)

1. Information we collect — None if you don't sign in; no account is needed to use the app. If you sign in with Google: your Google email address, profile name, profile picture URL and account identifier (stored by the sign-in service), and your data — children's names, academies (addresses, contacts, subjects, memos), class schedules, shuttles, tuition amounts, due dates, payment methods and payment records, and your share links — used only to sync your own devices and visible only to you. Device settings (brightness, alarms) are not uploaded. People you share with see your profile name; the timetable manager also sees a partly hidden email of each viewer (first two letters and the domain, e.g. sy***@gmail.com) to tell people with the same name apart. Your full email is never shown to others.

2. Stored on device — Children's names, academy names, addresses, contacts, class schedules, tuition amounts and payment records stay in the app's local storage and are deleted when you uninstall. Android auto-backup is disabled; you may export a backup file yourself. If you sign in, the same data is also kept in your account (section 1) and synced to your other signed-in devices.

3. What leaves the device — (0) Account sync (only when signed in): your data from section 1, including tuition and payment records, is uploaded to your account over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and downloaded to your other devices signed in to the same account; no one else can see it. We also keep recent change history (up to about two weeks) for recovery. Only you can see it, and it is deleted along with your account. (a) Timetable sharing (optional): the child's name and colour, class days and times, subjects, academy names, shuttle times and short stops between classes (e.g. home or snack — type, days, time); with “include academy info” (on by default) also addresses, contacts (names and phone numbers), memos, holiday notes and shuttle places; and, only if you turn on “Tuition” (off by default), that child's tuition amount, due date, payment records and payment memos — never siblings' amounts or payment methods. Only people who join with your invite code can see it, and only one manager can edit it. (b) Academy info packs (optional): the chosen academy cards; tuition only if the sender includes it; payment records are not part of a pack; expires after 400 days. (c) The search term you type when using Naver local search to look up an academy — it travels through our relay server (Cloudflare Workers) to Naver's local search API, which returns the academy's address and phone number. (d) Ads: to show the banner ad, the advertising ID and basic device information may be sent to the ad provider, Google AdMob (section 5); the data you enter is not sent. (e) Reports (optional): if you report a shared timetable you are viewing, we store the timetable's id, the reason you picked (from a fixed list — there is no free-text box), the time, and your account id. Only Sodam Apps can read reports; the reported person is not notified.

4. Processors and retention — Supabase Inc. hosts sign-in and shared data, stored in the Seoul region (South Korea); the server is shared by Sodam Apps' apps under one “Sodam Apps” account, but Hakwon Genie data stays in its own area. Google handles Google sign-in; Google AdMob serves the ad (section 5) and keeps ad-related data under its own policies. Cloudflare, Inc. runs the relay server for academy search (section 3c) and does not store search terms; NAVER receives only that search term and returns the academy's address and phone number. Your synced data is kept while you use a signed-in account and is deleted immediately when you leave Hakwon Genie or delete your account (signing out alone does not delete it; signing back in resumes it). Shared data is kept until you end a share, leave Hakwon Genie, or delete your account; academy packs expire after 400 days; reports are kept while we need them to act on (up to one year).

5. Advertising — The app shows one banner ad at the bottom of the timetable screen, served by Google AdMob. To serve it, the advertising ID and basic device information (device type, OS version, approximate location derived from the IP address) may be sent to the ad provider. You can reset the advertising ID or turn off ad personalization in your phone's settings. The data you enter (children's names, academies, fees, payment records) is never sent to the ad provider, and no advertising identifier is included in data shared with family. Where consent is required (e.g. the EU), we ask before showing ads. The app is intended for ages 18+, and ads are general-audience ads.

6. Permissions — No contacts permission: the phone's own contact picker returns only the one entry you pick. Notifications (optional) are scheduled locally.

7. Children — This app is a tool for parents and is listed for ages 18+; we do not knowingly collect data from children (under Korean law, under-14s cannot sign up without a guardian's consent). A child's name leaves the device only when a parent signs in (kept in the parent's own account, visible only to the parent) or shares that child's timetable with family members they choose.

8. Deletion — Deleting an item in the app also deletes it from your account and other devices while signed in. In the “Share together” screen: end a share or leave it; Leave Hakwon Genie deletes your Hakwon Genie server data (including your synced data) and keeps your Sodam Apps account and the data on your device; Delete Sodam account deletes the account and all its data in every Sodam app, irreversibly.
